This type of management oversees design, construction and on-site revisions with the interests of the owner in mind.
  • Design Build - provides a union between the designer and the constructor and places the contractor at risk for cost, schedule, and management of the entire process. The design-build delivery method requires a contractor with full capacity and strong financial resources.
